When Will My Order Ship?

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes. You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us with the subject line:

I Entered an Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately or reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information.

Address changes can typically be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

My Item Arrived Damaged

All products are carefully packaged before shipment. However, in rare cases, items may be damaged during transit.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

After verification, we will gladly arrange a replacement if the damage occurred during shipping.
